    1:09 Causes of Myocarditis
1:52 Signs and Symptoms of Myocarditis
    2:47 Diagnosis of Myocarditis
    3:15 Treatment of Myocarditis
Myocarditis, also known as inflammatory cardiomyopathy, is inflammation of the heart muscle.Symptoms can include shortness of breath, chest pain, decreased ability to exercise, and an irregular heartbeat. The duration of problems can vary from hours to months.Complications may include heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy or cardiac arrest.
Myocarditis is most often due to a viral infection. Other causes include bacterial infections, certain medications, toxins, and autoimmune disorders.A diagnosis may be supported by an electrocardiogram (ECG), increased troponin, heart MRI, and occasionally a heart biopsy. An ultrasound of the heart is important to rule out other potential causes such as heart valve problems.
Treatment depends on both the severity and the cause.Medications such as ACE inhibitors, beta blockers, and diuretics are often used.A period of no exercise is typically recommended during recovery.Corticosteroids or intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) may be useful in certain cases. In severe cases an implantable cardiac defibrillator or heart transplant may be recommended.

I had astrazenica (sad spelling I know) and I have heart problems. Yet I'm healthy, fit, and am a veggie loving tree hugging hippie, with no plaque in arteries. OK, ok, I've smoked some pot in my time, but surely no.
I had an angiogram, after the first heart attack, which was a month after my 2nd jab, test showing no plaque. Now I've had 2nd heart attack for no reason Drs say im a mystery case. Yet I'm left with this heart muscle necrosis. Watching this to see what's next for me.

I remember when cv started, doctors in the field were saying that they found that the air/blood transfer membrane in the lungs was inflamed and swollen, causing the patient loss of breath. They were paid big bucks by the government to use respirators, which were not very effective, so they turned up the pressure, which caused the membrane to pop, killing most of the patients. So they tried giving them Hydroxychloroquine, which cured the patient in two hours to two days, 99.9% of the time. So the government quickly took this medication off the market, even though the doctors said the only thing safer was water. My family was personally upset by this move because my sister who has HBP has been taking it safely for years and is the only thing that helps her knees from swelling up like balloons. I’m wondering if it might be a helpful medication for the swelling of the membrane around the heart as well?

I had this in 2020 (unjabbed). Ended up getting tachycardia too. Best thing to do first is rest for a month. Always drink a gallon of water a day, walking/bike 1 hour a day if you can, sleep on your side, sleep 8 hours minimum, start light with weight training and build up to 3-4 x a week. Back and core are the most important muscle groups to workout. Eat as simple as possible. Vegetables, fruit, whole grains, no added sugar, meat 3-4 x a week max. Limit dairy if you can. Drink green tea in the mornings. Do decaf tea if your heart is bothered by it. Pick up an active hobby that can raise your intensity. Mine was basketball. Aim to lower your body fat. I eventually got way better after 2-3 months of consistency. Before then, every day it felt like I had to prep for a heart attack and there’s still times I slip up by eating out, skipping sleep, or rolling an occasional joint so I’m actually dealing with this again now. The long haul symptoms are dreadful. If anybody has any other advice feel free to share. Stay safe.

He was hospitalised for 8 days. Too early to say what the long term affects might be. At least the consultant diagnosed it as a vaccine injury. All because the patient wanted a Health Passport to enable him to get into venues, not because he was frightened of a flu bug!

@ivanperalta1700 I 100% believe all the cardiac issues I had were due to the vaccine. (I'm an RN btw). After all the workups and whatnot, my doctor attributed the chest pain to COVID. However, at that time, I never had covid. I never had covid symptoms. Plus, I had to test for covid weekly, bc I was working on nursing homes as a nurse. My covid tests were always negative.

I got lucky and my inflammation just went away after about 8 months. I'd say if you are relatively young and fit and have a healthy diet and what not, your body can eventually heal, but it takes a long time sometimes 🙏🏼 praying that everyone with this condition eventually heals. Here's what I think: Most of you guys are just panicking, stop googling and the symptoms will go away, that's just fear, and fear can give you illness like symptoms, been through this many times, stop reading about myocarditis and symptoms will go away. Some of you (in rare cases) might get this, but most of you are just imagining. The biggest problem of our population is that we have access to informations, and most of them are false. If you went to doctor and he told you everything's fine, chances are- it really is and your mind is just playing you 'cause you spend your days watching videos and reading about what can happen to you. Stop doing this and most of you will feel better in notime.

    • @carl9922
