Example in OS of Computers. See penitention of Linux in so long years. There are tons of linux based os & it's parts of softwares.
For Government ? itself run it's most computers with windows the outdated 7. But can't use linux based software(s).
They survive only upon their servers which run on linux & okish firewall.
