Because he does one part of shoulders on push and one on pull and legs in between to recover from the 1st part of shoulders He does it because he wants to train shoulder when he is fresh to maximise his gains .. that is why you can’t do complete shoulders on push day because of major chest and triceps are also there So just do shoulder press on push & Lateral raises on pull 👍🏻
