Awesome. I very much appreciate the education. My family roots are in Ireland and I have hitchhiked the island 43 years ago. It is my hope to actually speak a little Irish when I travel their next. Kindest regards, MC.
Tenerife, Spain, Africa. Well done, young lady! You're learning amazingly well and fast, and it's great to see you coming along in leaps and bounds, sharing what you've learned in such a clear and well explained way. And you're nailing those specific Gaelic phonemes, such as the "gh" in "soghluaiste", usually mispronounced by non-natives. If you keep doing what you're doing you'll soon be as fluent and Gaelic as old Fin Macool!
As usual a wonderful presentation! You might have spent a little time explaining the necessary agreement between the subject and the object of the preposition, e.g., me/mo. I was also sure you were going to mention single/double wide but you never got there. Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you so much! 😁 😁 😁 👋 Yeah the mé/mo tú/do definitely woulda been a good point to cover 💯 💯 Thank you again, and a very happy Thanksgiving to you too! 🦃 😊 ☺️
I’d never heard of a detached home before traveling to Ireland either, I think its equivalent in the U.S. is likely what we call “a single family home.”
