Amen. It is possible to make an internal combustion engine car made from commonly available components that are available everywhere for little money. Oh yes, anyone can work on them and they are not controlled by a host of electrical components that fail regularly. I am not a rich man and you would have to be one to get something like this into the market because everyone would be against you.
