What should matter to us, is the Team India winning test series against SENA countries, Win an ICC trophy. What's problem with Indian cricket fans. One good match and you are star next day, one poor performance and you criticise that player so badly. Let's accept the fact as said by gautam gambir, you have to put your nation first to win an ICC trophy, rather than supporting just few star players. And talking about IPL, it's just a money making business for players, franchise, so called influencers, and so on. So sit back and enjoy the game. It's a sport take it as one.

But yes, if the captain asks you to move according to field positions you have to move.
Or maybe Rohit was at an angle to hardik conflicting with another player at the outfield, so he could've been confirming if the direction was towards him.
