Hello, today I share with you an easy and delicious minced meat baked potato recipe that will fill you with happiness 😊
A great complete meal made with potatoes, minced meat, peppers, cheddar cheese and mozzarella, all covered with a cream sauce and eggs a real delight with simple ingredients that I'm sure will please to everybody

ingredients:
400 g of minced meat (beef)
oil
an onion
2 cloves garlic
a small red pepper
a grated carrot
20 cl of tomato coulis
parsley
salt, pepper, paprika, thyme
1 kg 200 steamed potatoes
5 tablespoons of crème fraîche
3 eggs
Mozzarella
Cheddar
bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees traditional heat
