Hats off to your efforts & hard work. But, be noted that, CHAMPARAN, district is in north Bihar & NOWHERE figures in this route. Actually, the place you are referring to, is COUPARAN & NOT CHAMPARAN. Again CHOUPARAN, is in Jharkhand & not in Bihar. Yes, it’s just 15 km from the Bihar border. Myself, too a motorist having traversed this entire route of NH 2, from Kolkata to Delhi, a number of times, since, 1988. Back then, it was just a 2 lane highway, ridden with craters & potholes.
