Tata customers are not happy with the service and overall experience with the dealers. Even though their cars are good but because of this their sales are not increasing as it should be. Tata should concentrate on this.

Charging infra needs a lot of collaboration between key players to cover the entire nation. Currently, the DC fast charger map will show lopsided presence towards key highways only. Maintenance and credibility of chargers on highways is also a big question mark
