Wowwwwww. Thank u so much for having King Jay on. I'm constantly learning from everything he shares, especially ways to help others while remaining humble. 🙏Thank God for both of u and for u allowing the audience to be privy to ur past challenges and encouraging both men and women to never give up despite those challenges because they will definitely, at some point in God's timing, blossom into something so beautiful... our purpose. 😊💯💯💯💖
Thank you so much for your kind works KB!!! I appreciate you watching the interview and I'm so grateful that it touched you! Sending many blessings your way!! Much love!
Thank you for sharing your transparency because I have been through some darkness myself and been finding positives ways to grow. This is very nice to see that black men are sharing stories as such because this something that we don't do in our community. So many of young people need to hear this to know they are not Alone or the only one!! Because I lost my mother at the age of 13 so needless to say I had really dark days but I thank god I'm still here, just doing my best to not allow my past to dictate my future. So if you all have any more advice that would be great..
Thank you for watching brother. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Thank God that you are still here, and that you're not allowing your past to dictate your future. My simple advice would be to keep going, keep healing, keep getting 1% better each day, and keep allowing God to work through you to serve others.
@@tajdashaun Thank you for just replying firstly out of your busy schedule!! Thank you for your words of Wisdom and knowledge.. And who knows maybe near future could be a guest.. Because it's so many young people that need HOPE.. ##youaretruly###ablessing 💙
Thanks for tuning in brother. Not having that outlet anymore is tough. Especially when it's the only thing that people congratulated and respected us for like you said. But we can still build a great life for ourselves after sports. When you get chance, check out my website: www.tajdashaun.com/ I have a ton of free resources for retired athletes. Stay up!
It's ironic that you guys mention the lack of success that male college graduates feel when they have to move back home. God is love and he can not fail, so it's important that young men and women recognize that there is a valuable lesson and purpose that the creator has for us when he brings us back to where we come from; and I think that the primary purpose is to reconnect us to the important lessons and foundational principles we learned while we were more innocent, vulnerable and malleable, so that we hold those lessons near and dear to our hearts as we aspire and grow into our purpose. "Home" is close to the creator who is love. When we learn how to stay close, then all the other pieces fall into place. God is good, all the time, and all the time, God is good.
Great interview. I love the open dialogue. Not to take away but woman are extremely hard on themselves. This is just coming from my personal experience.
Thank you!! I appreciate you tuning in! Definitely agree with what you said about women being hard on themselves also. Growing up, I watched my mother put tremendous amounts of pressure on herself at work and with our family members. I hope this message founds you well!!
