Gio’s mike impression is so good
There are good Mike impressions, there are great Mike impressions and then there is GIO’S Mike impression!!! He’s 2nd to none!! Listen to him do it with your eyes closed, can’t tell the difference.
Spot on that is why mike could not handle it
His Benigno is better. Sounds almost identical.
His Dog impression is pretty solid as well, but nothing compares to his Benigno.

So much a Gio guy. Their pandemic shows have been so down to earth. Al is the unsung hero! Jerry is the awesome anchor and Eddie is the bow on top. Craig was/is so annoying, I listened to Mike and Mike. Gio is the everyman, boat, mullet and all.
"See this is the problem with all these guys who come here and never played a friggin' sport in their life." No truer words were ever spoken.
Boomer and Gio are like that guy who breaks up with his GF, says he's moved on and then spends every waking moment talking about her.
Much respect to Boomer & Mike.

I am a Boomer AND Gio guy. They are really good together. I can't stand the afternoon show. Carton ruins it for me.
Mike Francesa was/is funnier than Dog, but I thought they were funnier together.
I feel bad for Gio cause I know somebody probably the annoying little boss is promoting these fights and feuds that don't exist you font need it

Regarding Mike on his own, his show became increasingly more repetitive over the years. He would have one thought on a sports matter (rarely not already a sports cliche) that he would repeat four or five times over the course of the show, with each mention sounding like he just hatched the idea.
Once again, Boomer speaks without knowing his facts. Mike played baseball at D1 South Florida, and Dog has played tennis and competed in tournaments his entire life.
Is boomer still married? He never talks about his wife. No wedding ring. Carton hints at it.he worked with him for 10 years.

I was a Carton guy, big time, but the afternoon show is not working, and it's because of Carton. Craig overrates the entertainment value of duuude schtick. A five hour afternoon show requires a larger proportion of honest sports talk, and less of The World According to Craigy (which IS funny, but less is more). And Gio has really grown into his role in the morning show, he's legit funny and can talk sports.

Boomer is a fool, you don't have to be a former pro athlete to know how to produce radio ratings. He keep talking about a team and his Cincy teams were highly disfunctional.
