As a lawyer, it was interesting to see that no one (including Steve) decided to sue Katt for defamation. To win a defamation case, though, Steve would have to prove that Katt lied, which would definitely result in millions if proven…yet all there’s been is 🤐🤐
As a lawyer for 29 years now, Steve or anyone else Katt talked about can’t sue for defamation. In essence, Katt is giving his opinion about Steve. As a lawyer, you should know how extremely hard these suits are. Steve’s livelihood isn’t jeopardized. Steve’s reputation as an a-hole is opinion from multiple people.
The only thing Steve might be able to get Katt on, IF anything is false, is publication to a third party. Even with that, Steve would have e to go to a job, and the job informs Steve they can’t give them the job due to what was “heard”. Then Steve would have to prove what was “heard@ by that job was heard from the smart Williams interview.
