Really like the house. Two things I'd add. Sun shade over at least half the pool so it can be enjoyed all day and not get burned. Think this was mentioned , a sun shade for the patio. I hope you enjoy you bit of paradise for many decades. Cheers from Oz.

I love Cha Am, love the beach, love the food, just love it. When you turned onto the beach road, make a right turn and everything is lovely. Turn to the left (like you did) and continue down the road to the end is a fantastic resort with a pier out into the ocean, BUT there is a really not nice area just before it, lots of garbage, homeless folks, street dogs and cats.
Great place to shop, eat and just mingle! There is a great temple (Wat) there!
Your friends house is fantastic, beautifully done. I would live in that pool for sure.

Another great video Chuckee 👍🏼 Rob and Bee’s house is looking stunning, quite the investment there. I was hoping with the changes to laws that burning sugarcane would end by now, it reduces the quality of the product and it pollutes the air, but many people especially farmers (all over the world) are resistant to change. I’m with Paige, I don’t much care for Cha Am or Hua Hin. Thanks for sharing, many blessings to you, Paige and family 🙏🏼

Hey Chunk..we have been in Krabi since November 17 , rains for one or two hours everyday . Yesterday November 21 it rained most of the day . Hopefully you guys bring the sun with you but it’s still very nice and beautiful in Krabi. No complaints in paradise.

Fantastic home Robert...love the openness and the screen sliding doors. It must be well insulated as I was thinking like Chuck when I saw the unit over the refer. We have inverters in our town house that do cycle on/off. My daughters house in Austin, Tx comes to mind when I see yours.... but I think your living area is more open. Well done sir. Well deserved retirement dwelling. :-))

That Australian house is kind of civilization shock a sudden jump out of Thailand, what is good how he made luxury suits the climate not crowded with furniture, cool tiles, plain colors, comfortable spaces, amazing landscape and what a balcony and walk in closet!

Its an exceptional house in a great location by the looks of it and financially doesnt seem a huge amount to pay for such a wonderful home. Think it works out as about £320k - £350k from what he was saying you wouldnt get anything like as nice a home for that in the UK in fact in London you'd be lucky to get much more than a bedsit 😂

🤣🤣🤣 you couldn’t buy that furniture. Most of it is antique drone central Thailand. The table in the barbie area is made from one tree and took 6 of us just to lift the top of it. The whole thing is a ton !
Very NOT low budge you’d be hard put to get teak that old in such good condition.

First stayed Cha-am 24 years ago. My wife home village about 20 km north so I prefer stay in some sort of civilization as I know it. Stay the same private owned hotel every time I visit. Looks like my hotel just past the Asia about 300m . Think Asia used to be the Novotel in my day. I like the casual nature of Cha-am during the week days. Holiday week ends not so much. Thinking about accompany my wife trip up home this new year.

That is one impressive house for $500,000 AU. Building it in Thailand, full credit and shows the difference in knowing what you want and how to make it happen rather than buying what is offered.

What a fantastic house. Nuch and I just returned from a four day trip to Phuket. Stayed at Impiana resort right on an immaculate beach. Easy walking to mall, walking street, vendors etc. I love exploring Thailand.
