I just think by seeing a lot of your and other videos that the wheels are too aggressively are turning so it ban dig itself in in loose ground? Or, can you let him run slower??
You can adjust luba's speed in the app settings. Some of the luba models make use of omni-wheels for the front wheels that let the luba turn more gently.
In Summer 🌞 nearly all my hills are facing south....I cut at 60mm....cutting quality is different...perfect at dry conditions....not so nice when it rains
Do you clean the underside of luba with a water hose? I saw unusually loud luba on youtube, someone suggested maybe he had washed grease from bearings.
no matter which lawn robot you have - and no matter what the manufacturer promises you - never wash the robot with the garden hose!!!. You only have to remove the coarse dirt by hand (gloves recommended because of the knives) but the robot lawn mower never has to be really clean and all the recommendations regarding cleaning spray or oil - are to be forgotten - they only cost money - damage the environment and have no effect.
the volume of luba sometimes seems really loud on the videos...but it's only measured 45 to 49 decibels at a distance of 2 meters. but when luba drives in the rain and the mower fills with grass clippings, it gets a little louder.
Is your footage 2x speed or real time actual speed? ... There is great love here for you...

What is the cut depth setting that you are using? How would you rate the cut quality?

Hardware is top - Software Ok but they are improfing it regulary. I love my luba.
Might have just as well showed yourself sitting down and eating a Cheeseburger, I didn't get Anything from that.
