- The Best Of Tobu On NCS - Tobu Tribute Mix | 1 Hour Of Copyright Free Music
I assume everyone is aware of what happened recently with Tobu’s older releases on NCS being taken down. Due to this, I’ve decided to make this mix featuring Tobu’s full discography on NCS (excluding Floating).
Although I have never been too much of a Tobu fan myself, I will admit his discography really brings a lot of nostalgia. He’s definitely had a huge impact on NCS as a label and his legacy will live on forever.
Also, I was thinking of starting to make these 1 - 2 hour long music mixes every once in a while, starting with this one. It will depend on how well they perform, but I was thinking every 2 weeks although that could change in the future.

A bit of a different concept today. I haven’t made mixes like this one for almost 3 years (last one was in 2020). Was thinking of bringing them back, starting with this one :)
Dude, I freaking love hour long mixes. There are a lot of times when I'm doing something, and just need that good music rolling in the background. So, if anything, you've got my support!

Sad Tobu's gone but I don't reckon anyone will be forgetting his deleted releases anytime soon. I hope he'll return to the NCS label eventually, as I'm a big fan of his new-style house, and even something more old-style and nostalgic would be awesome!
You’re definitely right. He had the 3rd biggest discography out of any other artist on the label with some of the most popular releases on the label. People will remember those songs for years to come.

Fun Facts : Colors is a song cut at the end of the song in the NCS version. making it only 4:15 in length when the original was 4:40

Sunburst and Infectious are my favorites but it’s sad that all of them got taken down from NCS, as Tobu’s songs took up quite a large part of the NCS channel; especially the popular songs. All of Tobu’s songs gone now kind of changes the feel of the NCS channel 😑
It feels very similar to when Force Fade and Spectre by Alan Walker were taken down :(
