I do the exact same thing on lat raises!! Interesting!!! I do not stay in the same spot every rep...usually 3 reps move, 3 reps move...and I just repeat. Ill be damned. My coach had me do cut and doubles or supersets, or maybe even cluster sets. But cut and doubles are the shit!! (40s for 10, 20s for 20 kind of thing) Absolutely love seeing guys and gals doing exactly what I am using, especially at yalls level!! Tells me I am on the right track.
Awesome fucking video! Learned ALOT in this video especially picking a weight and then the drop set cut the weight in half and get 30 reps. Can’t wait to try this. Thanks
For rear detls, I started doing a modified upright / bent-over row targeting only the rear delts!!! Use a barbell and you can go pretty heavy. Try it!! LMK what you think.
I just found out that I have osteoporosis and I can’t work out like this anymore because I could easily break my back so it could be taken away from you all of a sudden. I’m not old, too young to have this crap. Appreciate your health guys
