From an Alabama fan, I really love the Texas A&M faithful. Extremely friendly and respectful fanbase that deserves to be really good. Congratulations at being first in the SEC!
I didn't see the whole game tonight, but I watched part of the second quarter, and all of the second half. Great game! I haven't watched football in years, but a friend of mine texts me the updates, so I turned it on and got into the game. Now I just need to relearn the rules. Lol. Thanks for sharing this video. I enjoyed it. 😃
I was a senior in 1979 and we were playing Texas University t.u. Texas was looking to go to New Orleans to play for a possible national championship. The Aggies upset them 13-7 and sent them to the Sun Bowl. The stadium was rocking and it was the most memorable game I had ever been to. A few years later I was working as an engineer in Austin and went back to a game in 1989 where the Aggie stomped Texas on the way to the Cotton Bowl. The stadium was full of Cotton. It is a magical place. And the Aggie Band is beyond belief. The University is almost 3 times bigger now but one thing has never changed. Kyle Field and its students and former students love for it and our team.
Yep... my two games I have to say the first was in Austin as a student '84 no chance of winning....beat them 37-12 ruined their season....'85 Beat them for the Cotton Bowl 42-10 Cotton in your hair...all over you. FANTASTIC I have had many since ....at Bama '12...drive home never so good. I leave you with that Gig'em
I was in ninth grade and went to that game in ‘79 with my friend’s family. I got food poisoning and stayed in my friend’s brother’s dorm room (Hotard) during the game and listened on the radio. Lam Jones kept fumbling. I felt so sick but happy.
Saturday was the story of The 12th Man in its purists. When we needed it the fans stood up. The men on the field stepped up. And when needed anyone on the sidle lines, from players to coaches to the fans , all willing and ready to step on that field! GIG EM!
The flaming torches are so ridiculous...doesn't the SEC know we have a freakin' CANNON! #Spirit of '03 I hope A&M tells the SEC to shove their pre-game and crap music where the sun don't shine, and if they fine us, well, that's what Boosters are for.
Glad that LSU got put in their place. A player got in the face of the yell leader on the 50yd line @1:11. Their players talked trash hours before the game while on the field warming up, during the game and even after.

Coming from a Bama fan so true
This is why being an Aggie is more than being an just a Aggie student….loyalty and love and being 12th man
For LIFE!
Texas lives rent free for life.
@@Texas2005-k5y typical ut fan making everything about themselves. Are you sure the aggies don't live rent free for life?
So you are a confirmed homosexual
@@Texas2005-k5y you realize the irony of coming to this video and making this comment, I hope...
The Texas vs Texas A&M game is shaping up to be a monster game with winner probably going to SEC championship game.
Yeah, but texas struggles to win in SEC games....think they will lose another before they get to us.
@@Rexag oh my gosh. Dude stop
@@Rexagthere is this thing called jinxing ya texas rip off
@@RexagI hope ur right but I mean who they gonna lose too Kentucky? Lol
@@Rexag The only teams you beat is a trash Mizzou team and a overrated LSU team
I love that they keep the anthem the same all these years.

War hymn. Not anthem.

Thanks. Sorry. My Aggie brother didn't explain anything to me.
