@@ludwigthestrange 血 (chi), meaning "blood" and 定め (sadame), meaning "fate/destiny" (synonym: 運命 [unmei, could also be read as sadame], in the original lyrics i think they used 運命). So its roughly translated to "their blood tied by destiny" or what Adil said. As far as i know, the sentence doesn't involve the word "day" (日) so i wouldn't think that's the correct translation.
This is mere my knowledge of Japanese, i'm just pointing out lol.
