Once you shoot a seal, do you have to worry about something (skark, orca ect) stealing it from you, before you can get to it?

you should get some hooks with weights to drop in when they sink! we use them up here in Alaska as known as " mannaq "

There are 8 million more off Newfoundland , some seals sink, it happens and will feed the shellfish
We use a jigger but sometimes you still lose them it happens
