- Are you looking for some HOT font pairs to use on your graphic design projects? Today I've got 6 font or typeface pairs that I'm using right now, and also which other graphic designers are really digging.
The font pairings are made up of serif fonts, sans serif fonts, and also a few slab serifs as well. A couple of the font pairs even utilise just one font family and typeface, but the pairings work so well together and you will see exactly why and how in the video.
Also of course, all of the fonts are free to download, commercially so, and those links can be found below this message.

Thank you for all the excellent videos. There's a video I am hoping you'll make. You once said that you don't need a deeper understanding of repetition to apply it to your designs, yet you alluded to there being far more that is compelling about this subject. Art AI programs are making photorealistic images with intense amounts of repetition for a compelling result, whatever their flaws thus far. If you go deeper into repetition and how you think of it in your work, I will watch. Thanks again.

I love your channel 👍, I learn a lot from your videos. I make screen captures and save your graphic examples to use them as inspiration for font pairing. However, I'm still struggling to find the ultimate font manager. Now I use Fontbase but not fully satisfied with it. Could you tell me please what font manager do you use in this video? Or maybe a video on font manager apps? 😉

In regard to font managers, I don't use any myself. I just know the fonts I really like and have a favourite list built into Adobe.

thank u for helping❤ I have a question for u, I'm a graphic design graduate and I find designing logos hard even though I tried many times to be better and more rational about designing them ,however I like creating posters and animating so is it ok or would it affect my career
Hi.
It depends how long you've been designing logos for. It isn't something people tend to get good at within the first couple of years of trying. I suggest really reading case studies of famous projects, see their process, think about how they got to the end result.
But of course, not everybody is a logo designer. If you have more passion and skills in other areas, then that is something to consider in terms of your career path. If you can find secure ways to make money with your passion and skills, why not do it?

I don't actually use any. I just have a handful of typefaces that I know work in certain situations, and use them

I have this question for long time in mind. Your videos containing more graphic elements always, how much time you are spending on average for a video to complete it?
Some videos I make completely myself, other videos it's about 50-50. Of those where I hire other people to help, it's around $200-$300 per video.

What is your philosophy toward your graphic design career
My philosophy? That's quite a broad question..
I think you should have a passion for your work, and aim to solve real life problems for clients, through design. I also wouldn't design anything that aims to gain from suffering. So for example alcohol branding, smoking, gambling and so on.
