I was in c p w d and posted at Itanagar in 1983. At that time Itanagar was just a cluster of few katcha huts. I and my colleagues worked hard and got developed Itanagar as a mini capital of Arunachal.At that time there was no proper electricity, houses,roads etc.but we arranged electricity through a power house on senkhi River,got constructed semi permanent type buildings for housing offices and residences for officials
I was there for 4 years and enjoyed a lot
Now seeing your blog ,I am very happy that the baby borned at our time has become a real young man.
