Totally agree with your review. I love Pristine and have bought a ton of stuff from them, but they definitely need to start using top loaders for photos. I've had at least (3) 8x10 autographed photos get bent in the mail just like you did. Don't understand how they can't protect items for their consignors and purchasers. I stopped buying photos from them for awhile, but I have a Roger Staubach picture in the mail right now and I'm pretty worried it'll be damaged when I get it. Major disappointment!
I have worked in many of warehouses and yea unfortunately they do need to fix their quality control in shipping. All it takes is a warehouse manager that cares and makes sure the staff pack and ship everything properly even if i had to pay for someone to be at the end of line making sure all packages have FRAGILE DO NOT BEND. Hopefully they improve because things like this are costly to any business in the long run. Good review thanks 👍
I have ordered 5 items from them. I had a signed Larry bird jersey that came with the wrong patch on it. They fully refunded me before I even shipped it back. Their customer service was great. Must just be a bad string of luck you’ve been having
Been a bad string of the bad luck. they do take care of issues quickly, usually , just seem to get hit with a lot of things that could have been prevented or lessoned on their end from the beginning . Hoping it gets better
have seen a little improvement, not so much though on any 8x10's they ship still are coming in not all that great. Shipping, usually runs 5 to 8 bucks. The costs are stated in the item descriptions.
Wow!!! I just signed up with them to purchase some NFL memorabilia but after this review and comments that I've read now I'm skeptical about ordering from them. The last thing I need is to be on the phone with customer service and or waiting on email responds. Cool video. Thanks.

Larger items of late seem to come over protected. hit or miss with them unfortunately. We do order from them when we can and will always post openings. They do have good prices and selections, give them that.
I do, they do have great finds and prices aren't all that bad. Just their shipping aspects need their attention. Actually, have another item on way from them, be our next opening video. Every year I get notification from them thanking me for the info and they will look into improving things..lol
Have you ever had someone at an auction house saying take out of framing before sending then saying it has damage with no warning of how to not damage a Professionally framed framing? Lol
pristine auction is the worst auction site I have ever seen, no matter the auction there are robots that fake bid items way higher than retail, even on cards and items that nobody would buy for years. It's a absolute joke, these guys belong in prison and probably will be there when their marketing money runs out and people start shining a light on them. This world is disgusting.

I've noticed lately taking longer, averaging about 2 and half weeks

are the auto grahpics legit tho ? i thought about ordering from i just found them threw a add ..
all autos I have gotten have been legit yes, zero issues with any thus far

Not off hand, never gotten one. But if coming from their where house, past has been (from other items gotten): UPS or USPS

As for the legitimacy of the autographs, I feel they are 100%. Never run into an issue with that part.

All the auctions will have pictures of the item. If it’s a real signature you will see a sticker of authentication.
