The problem with this product is they don't have a network server system. You have to use a SD card that has been formatted to fat 32. Then you can recover your videos but no other data transfer, unfortunately. Otherwise its a great cam that can Pan Tilt and Zoom and lets you speak through it via your cell phone. I chased away people already using that technique. It also has an alarm feature. Just too bad no network capabilities at all. Still better than nothing and the price is right. Cheers
I bought this and its a great camera when it works...sadly the lens is cheap and exposed to water it fogs up and eventually bubbles! i'm on my third replacement from Amazon due to this so beware if installing this outside in the open, if you install it under something like this guy has it will be fine but if you have to mount it anywhere without cover i'd buy a rain shield for it or else after heavy rain the lens bubbles.
It works fairly well. Mine stairs at the wall behind it or it's cord😂 nick named it wall-e. Follows people most of the time but at night has a blue dot on the lense and it gets distracted/deactivates if something sits still long enough. Gets the job done for the most part

if there a motion at the night,if I put it on busy walkway,will the light all the time switch on on every pedestrian or you can turn off the spotlight not to react on movements,please? thanks!
Not having an option to set this up on phone and computer for camera viewing is a disappointment . other than that they’re pretty good little cameras I’ve got 2 solar powered ones myself.
does anyone know how to view recorded video on micro sd card using sd slot on Laptop Computer running windows 10??? Mine keeps telling me it can't read sd card on the camera after it alerts me and tells me to Back Up Video before Formatting sd card. I'm happy with the Quality of Video but bummed when it starts telling me it cannot read the card after running well for a few weeks. Thank You for Any and All Help!!!
Whoops! I was thinking of a different camera. This particular one runs off of 12v 1A but has no built in battery that I know of although, like any good project worth doing, one can always be fabricated which will work. Thanks Samuel. 🌎✨

I paid for the 3 day over write plan and every time I click on the green play icon next to a video thumbnail it does the 1%-100% loading then a play button icon is in middle of screen I push it to play video and all that does is restart the 1%-100% loading again. Essentially it never plays a video. I bought SD cards and same issue. Only thing I can do is record all day recording and watch video from entire day. Needless to say these cameras have not been great. Just trying to get them to even stay recording and track a person walking in front of it. And at times it will literally turn itself all the way around and be looking at the wall. It's frustrating.
Mine does that with the sd card sometimes if the network connection with my phone isn't good. If you are using cellular data away from home this is frustrating but it works better if I connect to my wifi at home or a wifi hotspot if there is one when I'm away from home yet it still does this sometimes.

How is your wifi strength? I would start there. Also you can try resetting the camera and starting over...sometimes it helps. Also, make sure your router has a 2.4 capabilities
Having the same problem. I have another identical camera at a different location connected to a different router with about 70% WiFi signal strength and no issues. This one will connect but keeps disconnecting from the network. Only way to bring back online is to reset the router. Not possible when I am not onsite. They offer no troubleshooting on this thing. Router settings identical to the other location.
What you need to do is have your wife set up a separate cloudedge account then you can share camera with her with a QR code. I do this because it only lets you log in to one camera per phone per account. Trust me it works.

Needs a computer application also I don't like the phone only app.
Maybe it is new through software updates, the camera supports onvif. So technically it should be connected to some surveillance software and nvr.

With the solar version the lights turns off to save battery power

make sure the sd is formatted to fat 32, then us a freeware converter to convert files to ntfs

umm yeah doubble and tripple check your network password , i had the same issue untill i re entered it correctly

Did you resolve this issue i was going to purchase one but if the flood lights are constantly on it draws more attention i think
Flood light should be motion only as it uses solar power to charge the battery otherwise it would drain the battery
