They’re awful, I bought 3 hobby boxes of 2023 Illusions football and none of the acetate cards were numbered. Two 1/1’s and they kicked it all back as uncorrected errors and did nothing to rectify it. Worst part is it took 5 months to get that answer back from them after a ton of back and forth. Unacceptable.

I really like Mosaic but the price point on that stuff is beyond ridiculous. Those hobby boxes should be like $125-150 max. Only way I’ll open any is if I did win some of it 😆.

i feel like you should be able to vault redemptions like arena club with panini. would be much easier for you to keep your cards online and then recieve them when u want. also you won’t forget abt the ones you pull.
