Practiced more than 40 sessions. And repeated it and checked my mistakes and listened again and i got 7 to 7.5 in my all practice sessions. Then I fixed my date for the real examination. Real exam i got 8, it's nothing more than practice. Practice practice practice. Listen to podcasts and english conversations and follow how much you can understand the language while listening.
