Taunt swap after the second expose cast? not sure if im hearing it right. if a tank gets hit by both expose casts their dead. no point in swapping after it.
Phase Lunge does more physical damage than Expose and a ton of magic damage on top, so if you have the debuff from Expose when you get hit by it, you're dead. Which means taking two Exposes is a little easier on the tanks. - Zax
I feel like I’m missing something as a prot paladin tank. I’m ilvl 598 and this dude straight gives it to me. I make sure to taunt on two stacks of expose but it’s like it’s not falling off fast enough or something because not long after I taunt, he shoves it my up pooper and I get nuked.. in lfr… at 590.. It also feels like I am short one cd for as fast as it’s happening. Like AD and GothAK aren’t off cd for me. I’ve been using AD, the Guardian, then by the next one, AD isn’t quite ready yet and I just have that new bubble thing, I forget the same which doesn’t soak enough. It’s probably me though, I’m still getting back into the swing of things after not playing since Cata.
I really need you guys to consider not only describing the abilities, but also to NAME them. I have had to utilize several other platforms, including Mythictrap (Mythictrap currently does not have guides for Nerub'ar but the ones for the previous expansions and seasons are extremely informative and do not leave much out) to figure out which abilities you are describing as they come per fight in order to set my raid guides accordingly for my guild. I have watched so many of your videos, and while mildly informative, the one thing you guys continue to leave out are the complete abilities of each boss encounter. I end up having to watch very closely to cast timers/ positioning/ debuffs to figure out exactly what you guys are trying but failing to explain well enough for a raid leader to relay to their teams. Please be more informative with future videos. This is NOT the first season of videos where you have left out vital information that could mean and had meant the difference between wiping and successfully downing bosses on any difficulty.
Can you not just compare the ability description to the in-game raid journal and figure out what they are called? As a heroic raid leader, I’ve never had this issue with RCP’s videos. They are providing a very easily digestible, free, informative video. I appreciate that they don’t clutter it with all of the ability names. They could always have the ability pop up on the screen (like they did with tank mechanic in this one), but this comment seems a little entitled and nitpicky in its tone imo
Best guide makers out there!
I knew he reminded me of someone. Thanks for pointing it out
I can see!
wait how do we explode the images? was that explained in the video but I just missed it?
Yes you missed it
Love the guides. But can you please use the ability names in the guides? And not just “this red mark”

so it will be
1 - 1 - 2
2 - 2 -1
since the first tank still has the debuff of expose ?
@Plasmabeisser yeah, at least that's how it was in testing.
@@ReadyCheckPull other tank and I did this the other day and this is how we did it. thanks!

That is what their guides on wow head contain, the video is just a visual guide on top for people to see what the RL is saying.
@@Teranika87 Mythic Trap excelled at connecting what an ability was called, to what it actually looks like. Wowhead does not do that.
