- Mr. Fahad Ahmad Siddiqi is a lawyer who is strongly advocating for the application of the Doctrine of Shared Parenting in Child Custody Litigation. In as much as he is striving hard for the grant of annual schedule and interim visitation rights comprising of overnight stays at the home of the Non-Custodial Parents by the Family /Guardian Courts as against the template practice of passing Orders granting a mere 2 hours once or twice in a month visitation /meeting between a divorce affected child and his Non-Custodial Parent and that too to be held within the court premises.

Salaam please reply Karey agar bachi ho tu kab x husband lay sakta hai .baap ne jab se paida hui hai karacha nahi diya.baap 1 month ki bachi ko marta tha phir court bachey ko de sakti hai.meray pass baap ki voice recording hai usne mana hai marney k .mera lawyer kahta hai court recording nahi manta hai .usko court ne karacha k notice diye hai lakin us ne ek din bhi nahi diya.

sir in a case the honourable court has fined the noncustodial parent for failing to pay the maintenance installment for a specific period, with a heavy fine of RS 200 per day for each day of default which is now almost double of the actual maintenance allowance, is there any remedy available for this unjustified heavy fine

I have a question plz if father never fulfill his responsibility and divorce her wife with no reason and 5 yrs gone with silence no response for kids no expenses given. Father did second marriage. Then would father can get child custody? Although mother do jobs and fulfill all responsibly of kids in better way
