I do have almost all shapewears, and yes they do work to some extent, but they are super uncomfortable. So oftentimes i don't wear them. I only wear them where it just gets too necessary like under bodycon dresses.

Hi Meghna mam ur all videos is so informative and I liked all. I have one question about shapewear that if we wear in parties but someone told me that don't eat anything while u r wearing it bcoz due to eating ur abdomen gets expands and due to this ur tummy got big after sometime
