M. Bison seems to be much more powerful in the original Street Fighter 2: The World Warrior than in future games. I guess being a CPU exclusive character must have lots of perks.
well, actually, THAT, and it didn't take a lot to KO characters back then. wasn't until the later games they came up with a "nerfing attack system" like after opponent loses 50% you attack damage only does low% damage instead. example - Honda's moving H hand slap. Hit them like 4 or 5 times with it and they die. Characters were just glass cannons back then.
Generally, the first Street Fighter II's damage output was pretty large, which ended fights faster. That is one of the reasons why Dictator is too strong in that game; I mean, the Double Knee Press deals too much damage if it hits twice.

Sim, só olhar no título e na thumb: plus ou + são versões criadas pelo autor yumeji onde ele disponibiliza ips patches desde o começo dos anos 2000 para vários jogos originais onde ele desbloqueia personagens pelo próprio original do jogo tornando personagens não jogáveis em jogáveis (afinal o código do personagem existe no momento que ele é secreto ou é um personagem comum que só o CPU tem acesso) ou seja é basicamente o mesmo World Warrior que todo mundo joga com os 4 boss acessíveis agora, basta reparar que o dano que eles causam neste game é o mesmo que o CPU mesmo te inflige.

Everything did was devastating. I wondered just what it would be like to play as him. The answer... ...kinda boring, actually. ;-)

sim, no caso apertar chute forte vc segurando o controle para trás ele esquenta os 2 segundos e vc pode dá a tesoura... no caso na parte contra VEGA quanto ele estava no canto da tela (dando um cambalhota pra trás) BISON estava parado em pé esperando VEGA terminar a cambalhota e vc aplicou a tesoura em pé sem esquentar os 2 segundos.
Rafael KBÇA Lennon Não não, só apertar chute forte sai esse scissor kick, este rom é na realidade um ips do qual permite desbloquear os 4 chefes, o autor original do IPS retirou o tempo de carregamento dos 3 (Bison, Vega Claw e Balrog) e os alterou para baixo, frente+soco ou chutes, movimentos de especiais para chute ou soco forte.
