I can't believe how old this song is. When it came on the radio or on a video in my tiny apartment I always jumped up out of my seat and tried to sing along to the song even though I didn't know the lyrics except for ooohh and ahh. It;s always been the saddest and most hopeful song I've ever heard.
This performance of "Clocks" (from Coldplay's 2002 album "A Rush of Blood to the Head & written by all 4 members of Coldplay: Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland & Will Champion) comes from Coldplay's performance at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington during the Music of the Spheres Promo Tour on October 22nd, 2021.
This song was played up and down and up again in radio senders in many countries. You've probably heard it from there :D It's one of their most popular radio songs.
I believe this song was used in the movie trailer for the live action film Peter Pan (2003) starring Jason Isaacs. Another great reaction. Donna, never apologize for drinking coffee. Coffee is one of God's greatest gifts to humanity.
If anyone has watched the animated film "The Wild", there's one scene where Samson and the others are riding in a garbage truck through Times Square and this song was playing
Great reaction! I just love coldplay. Their concerts are just amazing. To be honest normally the song theme is green. Like the lasers and wristbands are at all their concerts green. So I think that is something special about that performance.
old coldplay is best coldplay. after x and y, i just cant. but the first few albums, i have soo many memories attached to. i still just get transported somewhere else\ "sparks" was used in the movie 'wedding crashers'
I don’t mind the cold. I’m from Saskatchewan a Canadian province above Montana an temps usually dip below -30C(-22F) in the winter. Just last week it was -55C(-67F) with the wind chill. But the summers are nice and hot though usually reaching around 30-40C(86-120F).
This is at Climate Pledge Arena, in Seattle, which strives to be a zero waste venue. Ex-ice for NHL games is made up of a large amount of collected rainwater. Coldplay was the grand opening act. Logical choice as the band is trying to leave as small of a carbon footprint as possible. Environmental impact is one reason why Coldplay held off on touring for a few years. This concert kicked off their current Music of the Spheres tour. The Spheres are imaginary planets which is why there were so many shapes floating or hanging from the ceiling, and the reason for the colors and patterns on what the band members are wearing.
Great reaction , I would say you might heard it before on Jimmy Kimmel or Howard Stern , those were the two versions which went viral recently , the song is kinda old
Hi, I'm from Portugal and last year I was at their concert. I can say that it is a concert to remember for a lifetime and I advise you to do the same. to put it on your bucket list. At their concerts, all the energy used is generated by green energy, whether wind energy and even by plates that are placed on the ground so that when spectators jump, these jumps also generate electrical energy to power the concert... keep up the great videos. . Love from portugal❤
Iconic song. You should take some time to review the lyrics to this and other songs. They are exceptional song writers too. I recommend listening to Violet Hill, original video.
A Sky Full Of Stars live at River Plate --- oh wow the videography and sound is spectacular and the visuals give me the chills it is Amazing !!! So ladies that should be your next Coldplay live watch please.
Thank you for reacting to this Colplay song. Because the stage was in the middle of the arena this show is different from what you normally see in the song clocks with all the green lasers forming a sort of ceiling of green lights. You should see some of the stadium performances from this MOTS (Music Of The Spheres) tour. Another excellent performance of this song is the one at Live in Toronto in 2006, this one with red lasers.
My favorite Coldplay song. That piano instrumental will never not give me nostalgia.

“I love clocks” sounds like something an alien pretending to be a human would say lol.
Donna you have so much personality, I instantly like you everytime a see a video of you guys.
Thank you
I was at this concert in Seattle back in 2021. It was the experience of a lifetime 😇

I'm sorry for being so repetitive in my comment, but you must react to Hypnotized by Coldplay as well. It's a great song. Very peaceful

Hi chad..!
Hello
Coldplay gets a lot of unjustified hate from pretentious people who disliked their popularity and their melodic aptitude.
Iam a first one too 😊😊😊tunkyou

heyy outro português
they played this a little faster than the original recording
No they did not. It is just a different mix.
Higher Power is one of their best tracks.
Higher Power is cringe pop song with no depth...
@@kubarybczynski661 Looking at your profile picture, I'm sure you find anything enjoyable. Must be an age thing.
I think this proves beyond all reasonable doubt that it's impossible to look cool whilst playing the piano. Cf. Keane.

Still my fav never gets old….. this will be my sign off song..
I’ve got such a thing for Kathy assuming it’s the mum on the left 😂😂
