Thank you Phil. I enjoyed that walk through on how to clean a duck. I am a 59 yr old wife and mother. Never actually hunted but I know how to shoot a gun and protect my land. I like learning and if I ever have a chance to have fresh duck I will remember this. I stand behind you and your ability to speak out and speak the truth. My family cheers your family. We need to stand together...God, Country and to those Precious Men and Women who work to protect us every day. I'm native from Canada and that's how we roll. Use it all and feed your family. The price of protein cost to much and when you can't grow vegetables on bad land you eat meat. City people who are against hunting and fishing wouldn't survive if the grocery stores went dry.
They'd rather their animals be tortured on factory farms and shipped across the country in polluting trucks. Talk about messed up values....

You are a very smart man, Mr. Robertson . Not everyone can do and live like you and your family . I love your lifestyle and I did live it while growing up . I was raised on a farm and we did kill and eat , and not a problem for us . I haven't lived that way for a long time , but i still have the know-how . My husband of 55years was just not a farmer . He passed away about three and a half years ago from alzheimers. Such a bad thing to have to watch him go through . He is in heaven now and i miss him . I could go back to country living in a heart beat if i was able . I love the country . I love the Robertson family and the way you live and who you live for . Jesus Christ is my everything . Couldnt live wothout Him . I've known Him for over sixty years and it keeps getting better . Such joy i have in knowing Him . Blessing and love from Indiana.

Amen Brother Phil, most children don't have any idea where there food comes from. Families set in front of the TV to eat dinner, and never give thanks to the Lord for what they have. Hunting and fishing are normal everyday activities when you're from the county.
What I find fascinating is that we come from completely different walks of life !! I’m from NYC I was raised by a good family in middle class Staten Island we didn’t hunt or wear camp lol but we went to church and believed in our constitution and our freedoms the closest thing to we did to your life was camping with other families in the 70’s and 80’s , back then people didn’t spend 10’s of thousands on family vacations we just went camping with a few cousins and family friends and had camp fires and cookouts and just loved life. Now I’m 50 and wow has life change but then I click on your channel and I realize life only changed because I allowed it to change , I raised my kids differently then how I was raised and I’m

He has given them to us to eat and feed each other from land to sea. It’s a simple read in Genesis is all it takes to understand what I’m talking about. I am a christian ive felt alone and ive had a dream of using my music in my life for good and playing music and tonight felt like i was running out of hope for my future and when he randomly said KEEP PLUCKIN THAT GUITAR IM STILL LISTENING TO YA, I got up and started playing again. I feel like i have hope God still hears me when I play and there is hope for my future.

This is my generation. Phil is only 1 year older than my brother and 5 years older than me. I grew up with what he is talking about. Now I can't do even one third what he does due to health problems. I thank God for men like Phil Robertson who lives off the land and gives all the Glory and Honor to Yeshua.

You take care of Mother Nature and Mother Nature takes care of you! If you get away from all of the concrete, city life and yuppies you’ll soon come to find yourself more peaceful and happier! Life in the country is good when I can hunt, raise poultry collect eggs and feed my family! The vernacular is *harvesting Beth R.* I've had wild game. Cougar was the gnarliest I ever put in my mouth. Four legged beaver was the greasiest but Apple Pie helped it slide down easier. Homemade too. Cider nutmeg cinnamon and vodka+7 days just turn the bottles and leave em be and it is darn tasty.

I'm from the boothill of Missouri. I would go hunting with my dad and uncle's to hunt for squirrels and I watched them clean them and my mother and aunts would make fried squirrel with homemade mash potatoes and gravy.Delicious! Love me some Phil Robertson. Keep spreading the word Phil.

This reminds me of my grandfather. He died in 2010. I can remember in the late '80s sitting around with him (against my free will of running around causing trouble) while he would process his animals. I learned so much passively. It's crazy how you look back and see how truly incredible the men who raised us are and hope we can do the same for our grandchildren. Thank you Mr. Robertson for your honesty, integrity, and leadership. THIS is what America needs, more now than ever.

How do u cook it?
Liam Diffee well the way we do it is over a 50 gallon drum of hot coals. After you clean it, gut it, you hang over the drum with just the coals for 10 to 12 hours. All the grease drips and keeps the coals hot.
Done right it is delicious but has a game taste
