    팔꿈치관절에서 회전이 잇어야 하는데..
    팔꿈치회전이 전혀 안된는듯 합니다.
    밀어치는 팔꿈치를 회전을 주어 눌려보세요.. 세게치는것보다.. 각이 거 좋아지는게 좋을듯 보입니다.

    Don't worry, you'll get your stamina back soon. Don't push yourself too hard or it may lead to more injury. Practice your cardio outside of badminton as well. Good luck

    좋은 코칭이네요 ~ 잘하는사람들하고 할땐 어떻게 빠르게 올지 모르니 더 빠른템포로 리듬 잡았던거 같아요 그러니 팔어깨에 힘 많이 들어가고 체력소모도 크고 금방 지치고 힘빼고 리듬 중요한거 같습니다!!
