    I’ve purchased FZS 3.0. And connected my previous phone with the application.
    But I can’t able to reconnect the new phone with the app/bike.
    Although I’ve logged in successfully to the connect x app! Please help me out to reconnect my bike to the phone!
    Also I’ve reached out the service centre but they’re not able to help me out.

    Why this app can't function with phone number only? Also on the website it says that you can buy connect x features as an accessory. How can i get it installed on my r15 v4?

    I went yamaha store madurai for connext X. First they ask 5000 when i told them its 3000 they now askin 3700. 700 for labour. Doesnt 3000 include all charges??? What should I do??

    I own an FZX (An elder sibling of FZ-S). Can we use it with FZX? As I am unable to pair the bike in Y-Connect X. But It successfully got connected to Y-Connect. The app which lacks a lot of features from the Y-Connect X and doesn’t function well. My Y-Connect can’t synchronize well with the bike (trip details/Mileage). Please help.

    My name is Cen joy and I'm from Angamaly (KERALA) . I'm the owner of r15 V3 (2019) and I'm writing this email regarding my experience about the poor headlight illumination of the bike . I'm very disappointed with the headlight of the bike. It's doesn't have enoght intensity or throw. I have adjusted the angle of throw in the yamaha service center even thought its not good enough. They can't do anything with the intensity.The high beam is like have a mobile flashlight over it . It feels really cheap and inappropriate. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I own fzs darknight v3 bs6 .We can never switch off e-lock feature. Each and every time we need to put password/indicator. It irritates.Also it doesn't show location and trip details correctly. Don't install this . I asked the dealer about this issue. He said we cannot switch off this e-lock feature. Anyone please help.

      @@yamahaindia I am also facing a similar issue. I see no point in having bluetooth connectivity when there is no option to disable the e-lock. How will it be possible to start the bike by putting the pattern lock each and every single time. This needs to be improved and Yamaha is known for quality products but this Connect X is not upto the standards of Yamaha

    I still not get my mt-15 bike front alley wheel for 45days I recently buy this bs6 model.. ..I asked 4 branch in Namakkal , Salem , Namakeri petti ,trichy .. everyone said stock is BACKORDER I literally I pissed of this behaviour. Is that a way Yamaha behave on customers. Really I feel bad. If now the moment seriously I don't buy this vehicle. Very worst service by Yamaha Dealers . Even though I complaint Yamaha India motors .. 3 times but nobody taking any action..Please do something about this .

    Yamaha Ray zr hybrid 125
    Bluetooth features useless
    Constantly showing 'Unable to connect' after trying one hundred times. Every customer has complained about connectivity but still Yamaha has done nothing in this regard. Things that need to get updated !
