Been an ASMR “fan” since 2011. Every week of my life, each night, I’ve watched random strangers from all over the world, speak to me in ways that, somehow, relax me and send me to sleep. Sadly,as many of you will know, the ASMR videos of late have become more about beauty, HQ content and online following. There are only a handful of videos I watch now and I always come back to Zach. I’ve been watching ASMR since around 2011/2012 and I agree that there has been a massive shift in the type of content being posted - not hating just stating that popular triggers back then aren’t so much popular now etc.

Just discovered this channel, and I have to say, as an asmrtist, you do the best light work videos I’ve ever seen. Most creators won’t shine the light directly into the camera like you do, and honestly I think that’s the most tingle-inducing thing out there: when the light is shone in and out of direct line of vision, pure tingles. What I mean to say is, every one of your eye exam videos I’ve watched, I’ve loved. Never change!
Seriously Zach, every time you do a segment where you’re touching around the camera lens in any video, for example starting at 6:09 in this one, my brain feels like it’s leaking out of my ears. But in a GOOD way...

Wow that was the most tingles I’ve ever had in my entire asmr experience... my entire skull felt like it was crawling, and my neck and shoulders were tingling as well, even all the way down my spine and finger tips, I had to stay up throughout the entire thing because I was mesmerized by that feeling! I'm one of the very few who prefer light trigger video with the lights in the room on, and I don't always watch sections where the roomlights are switched off, but I really, really enjoyed the last five minutes of this video!
I actually agree with you, I prefer the rooms lights on. I know a lot of people like the dark, so I usually do some of both. I assume the reason you liked the end was because there was still enough room light to see, it wasn't completely dark.

Puts protective glove on, scratches mustache 🤣 reminds me of when I was younger and worked in fast food. I spent more time washing my hands than prepping food. Random little itchy spots. Great ASMR though. Like an older comment before me. I've been watching ASMR before it was the "it thing" for 9 years I've seen a real stink form of so called ASMR. Heather feather was my go to.
