@ Out of curiosity, what time of day did you do the canal and hiking tours and which tour company did you use? I'm asking because of your great footage of spider monkeys. I am absolutely obsessed with spider monkeys and want to maximize my chances of seeing them... whenever it's possible for me to safely visit. One last annoying little question, if you don't mind. Did you notice trash on the trails? I've read a few Tripadvisor reviews complaining about that. Just wondering about YOUR experience. Again, fantastic video. Here I am watching it yet again.

@@innerfire81 Hi again, I don't remember exactly but I believe we usually went on the canals in the morning and maybe one afternoon. The company we used is a local french one (I think it's called Evaneos).. I didn't notice any trash at all, the only trek we did was by our hotel and it was completely ok. The spider monkeys we saw were mostly around the lodge and they were quite close just swinging from tree to tree. We saw a lot of them in other parts of Costa Rica so I woudn't say they are difficult to find! Thanks for watching, let me know if you need more information :)
