- This is pork belly gimbap made with savory pork belly and plenty of crunchy vegetables.
Dip pork belly gimbap in soft and spicy ssamjang mayo sauce,
What a perfect combination of flavors!
It's a taste that makes you want to eat it again and again.
I also included some tips on how to wrap gimbap beautifully and tightly in the video.

♣ Ingredient information (for 2 rolls of gimbap)
1) Pork belly gimbap
120g frozen pork belly (you can use bacon)
a pinch of ginger powder
2 cucumbers
half a carrot
3 eggs
2 rows of pickled radish
4 perilla leaves
3 sheets of seaweed
2 bowls of rice (It's better to cook rice with kelp!)
an appropriate amount of salt
an appropriate amount of sesame oil
1 tsp starch
6 tsp water
2) Ssamjang mayo sauce
2 T mayonnaise
Ssamjang 1T (Korean spicy soybean paste sauce)
1 ts lemon juice (you can use vinegar)
