Follow the steps below to add money to PayPal from bank account on a desktop computer:
1. Go to paypal.com and login on a PC, MacBook, or Chromebook.
2. In the top menu select Wallet.
3. Select Transfer Money.
4. Under Money in, select Add money to your balance.
5. Choose your desired bank account, then select Next.
6. Enter the amount you want to add to your PayPal account and select Next.
Follow the steps below to add money to PayPal to bank account on a mobile phone:
1. Open the PayPal app on iPhone, iPad, or Android.
2. In the Wallet icon in the bottom menu.
3. Tap your PayPal balance.
4. Select Add Money.
5. Choose your desired bank account to add money your PayPal account.
6. Enter the amount you want to add to your PayPal account and select Next.
7. Select Add to Your Balance

I don’t see this option either. It says I must go to my bank in person in order to transfer money to my paypal balance.
Add money option is not available in ios, android and pc. How can I add funds?
This option was to transfer from bank to PayPal, which I have seen it works best with desktop or laptop and PayPal app which is not available is some countries.
Ather option to transfer from bank to PayPal is if you live in USA you can link your bank , is easy also..

says you need funds in your paypal to do that action or something to that effect when i click transfer funds, so its not to transfer money to your paypal account from bank, also theirs no transfer money icon in the wallet, just send payment, which again says i need money in my paypal to do, so essentially their isnt a way to add funds, at least not from a computer

Why doesn't this work when transferring money via a debit card into my paypal account from my PC but it does work when using the app? I constantly get the message "We’re having trouble with this transaction" every time on my PC with two different debit cards from two different banks.
Dear, I don't see any option of video details to Transfer Money, it's only mentioned their Send Payments, do you think this if I Link a Bank which it mentioned under PayPal Balance to view the details of Transfer Money, also I want to ask how can let some customer to send a Wire transfer or SWIFT to my account with PayPal and how much PayPal fees for that? I've signed up already so I don't have any dollar on my PayPal balance. Sounds logical, don't think so? To have money on my PayPal balance I need to add money to it. To add money, firstly, I need to click 'transfer money', but after clicking I receive a message that there is nothing to transfer right now. Try again when you have a PayPal balance. So, the question is the same: 'How to add money to PayPal?'.
