MTPC Prague 2024 - Kevin Myers (Stub Area 51), IS-IS Overview and Configuration

Presented by Kevin Myers at the 1st MikroTik Professionals Conference (MTPC) in Prague the 8th March 2024.
This presentation will introduce you to the Intermediate System to Intermediate System (or IS-IS) routing protocol that was recently added to RouterOS v7. We will cover the basics of the protocol, how it compares to OSPF and potential use cases. Configuration and validation will be shown along with an example of interop with other vendors.
