  • Million Dollar Lethal Listing (2024) plot explained.
In what I think is the best Lifetime movie of 2024 so far, Morgan Bradley and her older boyfriend John Briddell are the victims of a not so elaborate real estate scam.
Also stars Jackee Harry and Ciarra Carter.

The film called million dollar lethal listing that came out in 2024 is about after buying the perfect suburban home, a couple encounter a stranger who claims to be the real owner of the house. They soon find themselves in a living nightmare as they try to unravel the secrets and lies.

6:07 I expected Becka to say, "Let it go? Are we even in the same sh!tty movie?"
And to prove I am deeply embedded in the Jay Harangue universe, I couldn't help but notice that one of the janitors/custodians (as shown in the credits) was Michael Gaglio who played a detective in another movie you reviewed, "Baby Dolls Behind Bars". I instantly thought of the clip you sometimes use from that movie, "What a revolting development".

Also, it has the real life deadly love triangle.
While it has details that got changed, it’s still using the same names for 3 main characters in a deadly love triangle, and multiple events match what happened in real life.

The plot of this film is incredibly similar to the channel 5 mini series "Love Rat", except that Love Rat is much worse, because instead of it staring a beautiful lifetime movie cast, it stars Sally Lindsay and Neil Morrissey. I would highly recommend it though if you're looking for something truly abysmal to watch, I promise you even though the first episode isn't too bad by the time you get to the laughably ridiculous conclusion you'll be praying for death.

It’s very stupid when Lifetime wants to keep going with Inspired by actual Events when that is events of same category happened in the real world which could be a house sale or Romance scam
On a online dating website except everything made up for the events in the movie for Burned by Love, Million Dollar Lethal Listing, etc so it’s like a poor man’s understanding of Inspired by True Events.
Movies that are inspired by true events do change details, however it is using events that really did happen instead of making up events that never happened in the real world except putting in the detail Inspired By Actual Events.

    • @JayHarangue
      @JayHarangue  หลายเดือนก่อน

I’m sure it is most of the time, I’m just saying they don’t have to be. They could for example completely make something up and say “inspired by true events”. There is nothing to stop them.

Lake Placid is the very entertaining intentional campy creature feature movie that has a Giant Crocodile in Lake Placid, Maine even though it’s really in New York.
Memorable unique character, good dialogue, some lines are unforgettable, also the giant crocodile looks very excellent because it’s an animatronic instead of a CGI giant crocodile which would look entirely abysmal and utterly fake because doesn’t blend with the real environment and human actors in a live action movie.
    Snakes On A Plane
A very entertaining unintentional terrible action movie that was intended to be a serious action movie.
Samuel L Jackson plays a badass FBI Agent that succeeds as being a charismatic main protagonist in this unintentional very ridiculous action movie.
The movie does justify why a remorseless Criminal decides to have a group of snakes on crack on an airplane to get rid of a valuable eye witness that is going to testify that he did see the main antagonist committing a violent murder.
While this movie does have flaws that can be criticized except it’s still an entertaining fast paced unintentional ridiculous movie unlike Lake Placid which is an intentional ridiculous very campy creature feature movie.
