I mean since Ink was part of an UNFINISHED Au it's most likely that code didn't exist or was written yet neither did the save-screen. He was part of a blank Unfinished world. So could be that he's just a walking corpse or something like that.
An Example is when in #Underverse forgot which video but in the fight with Fatal Error. Ink said something along the lines of "Hey, C (cross) avoid those red strings looks like they hurt a lot. Lucky me I don't have to find out" He seems to know a little about his past in the Underverse universe. He probably just barely remembers his past or just doesn't know anything about his AU anymore since it was unfinished?? (BUT THAT'S JUST A THEORY A GAME THEORY!!)
