thank you and I am glad you are getting value from the videos.
The token indeed expires it's a security measure, to refresh on postman and get a new token on the request tab go to the authorisation tab where you set up the authentication details as per the video. scroll all the way down and click on "Get New Access Token" button this will generate a new token. on the dialog that pops up click on use the token, and that's it you can continue until it expires again.

Hi..Followed your steps, Getting below Error when clicked on Get New Access token button.
Error: Invalid protocol for auth URL. Only HTTP and HTTPS protocol are allowed.
Can you please help here

It seems like your token generation is not setup correctly, you can try reviewing your variables and auth headers
