Can I just say that I am glad I stumbled upon your upload. I was in ULTA and one of the associates helped me look for a pallet that worked with my darker skin. She mentioned that being Mexican American she also struggled finding neutral tones that matched her skin tone that was not too light. She also showed me that I had been picking very light neutral tones and needed to go darker so I have taken the plunge. You have such beautiful skin tone and hair and I think you for showing me how you use the palette.

I really like this collection. I bought the palette and the honey, honey lipgloss as it lunched. It's like if the chocolates, Nudes, taupe, nubian earth and warrior palettes had a baby. Meanwhile JP has launched 2 more palettes without telling us.
I loved this brand but now I’m so disappointed with them. They have so many issues and have horrible customer service. I’m still waiting on my order. 😢
@@kladies3021 Eventually I did but it was a hassle. And they got some items wrong but I just left it alone because I didn’t want to deal with them again. What was funny was that three months later out of nowhere I got a response where they said. “ We see that you did receive your order.” I wrote back “ I wrote to you guys three months ago and you are barely replying, I did get an order with some wrong items but didn’t want to deal with the hassle of dealing with you guys again. I did like the items but it is not worth the headache due to bad customer service.” I got back “ The point is that you did receive it!” Lol 😂 no accountability
