It is not about the building in technical terms, it’s mostly about the legal. Real estate has depreciation and other things to contend with, government regulation, taxes, legal disputes…… This is harder to do for real estate. You can’t compare the tokenisation of the dollar to real world assets.
The second point is the where do you tokenise this? Government services will not be put on any of the open blockchains, governments and institutions will never be buying ETH to pay gas fees, that’s a pipe treat.
We already have USDB with the interest baked in in crypto, Maker DAO also has this interest bearing product already.
I am impressed with the $DETF project. Its market cap is still low, especially considering its future potential. I’m Apeing in to accumulate more $DETF token, before the launch of their MVP platform this month end
