Guys, let me explain, u r SUPPOSED TO take out the white paper in the end, the place was on plastic. The flashlight was all paper but its background was black so it looked like it was glowing. No special material, just paper. Anddddd u can replace the plastic with a paper sleeve if its easier!!!!

The marker was a black sharpie and the paper on rhe back was a black paper so it blended in but when you put the blank paper under the clear sheet with the sharpie it makes the color suck out
