The big problem with this list is having actors whose only crime has been making bad movies above actors who have committed actual crimes.

What's sad, is the only reason she became famous to begin with was because of her performance as Selena in the 90s. These 2 couldn't have been ANY more different. I honestly feel bad for her kids. Selena is a National Treasure and was genuinely a good person. May she forever rest in peace.

I agree. The most horrible people can make the best movies. I expected people who just don' t belong on screen (like Tom Green and Pauly Shore), but instead I got a mix of bad actors, criminals and people judged on their private life. Missed opportunity: they could have made 3 lists instead of 1.

The messed up part is the stand-up community isn't that big. People support one another, give/barter/sell/share jokes with one another that don't work for themselves. So to burn that bridge is madness.

I almost felt that the person writing the script is a fan and did not want to include Amy Schumer in this list but everybody had to because of peer pressure and the mountain of evidence.
I was actually surprised that John Travolta was in this list! While he has made some questionably, bad movies, and is involved with Scientology, I’ve never heard anyone say they hated him! on the contrary, I actually knew a couple of people who met him and they said he was extremely nice!
That’s right. I met the man and he was unbelievably nice. I was so nervous (this was during Pulp Fiction era) and asked him something random and he bent down and literally kissed my cheek. A real doll.
He landed his plane in an emergency in Shannon Airport a few years back. The staff and service people that assisted him said he was a decent bloke, and very easygoing to everyone. Besides the turkeys, he has been in some great films. A Civil Action, Phenomena, The Generals Daughter.
So he's made a few movies that are stinkers, he's got near 100 movies to his name so some are bound to be really bad. But he did good, went mediocre, came back did really good again and stayed there for ages. In 2009 his son died and in 2020 his wife died. That's bound to make anyone feel grumpy and hard to work with but they didn't say that about JT, they just said he made some bad movies. Again, how is he worse than Amber Heard? I think WatchMojo have lost the plot...
It's all because of his Scientology. He is a brilliant, versatile actor. I liked him ever since Pulp Fiction. I thought the criticism of Battlefield Earth was OTT. The concept, alien culture, and characters were fun, and the boring flat spots weren't enough to deserve the overblown Worst Ever Picture claims. There's dozens of worse movies on Netflix right now.

22:20 the greatest joke at Chevy Chase’s roast was by Paul Schaefer, who pointed out that ZERO people on the panel were friends of or worked with Chase in any of his iconic movies. This is because he couldn’t get a single friend or costar to come out and roast him because they didn’t want to be around him.
It's notable that while Steve Martin and Martin Short became friends while working on _Three Amigos_ and continue to work together to this day, they rarely mention Chevy even when discussing that film.
Don't they invite anybody to those kinds of roasts just to fill the ranks? I mean, I haven't seen one since the roast of Charlie Sheen, but there they had a mostly unknown Amy Schumer and Steve-O for some reason (and Amy Schumer basically told Steve-O that he should have lost his life in a car accident instead of Ryan Dunn, who perished away a few months earlier).
@ eventually it turned into just inviting whatever comedian they wanted to promote. But they used to try to invite a few actual friends.
I've met Steven Segal and yes, he is a HUGE dick. I was in the navy helping with Exucutive Decision and he was so rude and arrogent to everyone. Even the CO of the squadoron took him to task for his behavior, threating to pull out of the movie if he ever come near his people again. We all cheered when he died in the movie.
If you was in the Navy you'll have a better way of spelling Executive Decision when you comment

I both liked Jason and Seth as Leo in that series. I honestly thought at first he wasn't returning as Leo because this was around the same time I found out he was in Orange is the New Black and also having his first kid. But both Jason Biggs and Seth Green helped make Leo in 2012 very well portrayed. Jason for introducing the iteration of the character, and Seth showcasing Leo's growth (the show also had a good job explaining why the voice change was different, because Seth's voice is deeper.)
Also they had to find a voice impersonator during Season 2. Until Seth Green plays Leo when Season 3 started.

When Cats was in production, I heard someone derisively say " 'Oh boy, I can't wait for that new James Corden movie,' said no one ever."
Whether he was actually guilty or not, its wild how quickly Warner was to drop Johnny Depp with little to no evidence, and even made fun of him in Animaniacs. Yet with Amber Heard and Ezra Miller they clung onto them as long as possible, despite mountains of evidence and accusations. Even the video of Ezra choking out that woman a year before Flash even got started filming.
They should have dropped Heard the second those recordings hit the internet.

His best role was Executive Decision because they sucked him out the air lock.
But I still enjoy Hard to Kill, Out For Justice, Under Siege, and Glimmer Man. Executive Decision, too, but he's not a main in that one :p
Chevy Chase should be at the number one spot. Beverly Deangelo once said that she would never make another “vacation” film because he was such a colossal AH. I never found him that funny and I’m convinced that if he had started his career anywhere else but SNL he never would’ve had a career.
Shame he's such a turd. If you look into his background he has talent, and by all accounts is an intelligent person. That doesn't give him a right to be a POS though.
I fully agree Chevy is awful. But he also plays one of my favourite characters of all time. Pierce Hawthorne. I don't think another character in any movie or tv show makes me laugh as hard, and as much as Pierce, and I think part of the reason is because the character is basically just Chevy. A colossal, racist, homophobic, sexist piece of shit. Its like they're using Chevy to make fun of how out of touch he is and it's comedy gold. Community wasnt the same without him.

I heard that Chevy Chase was fired from Community because of his racism and other things, and so they weren't going to keep him any longer.

John Travolta seemed out of place. When he popped up, I thought, "Really? Wow, that's disappointing, what did he do?" and then you proceed to say he made some bad movies. That's it? Dude lost his wife and son. I kind of felt sorry for him and figured I'm not alone in that. He flew his own plane full of supplies and doctors to Haiti after an earthquake. Seems like a cool thing to do. He is into that crazy scientology, but if that's enough to make this list, there are a few more prominent ones you left off. I'm thinking he's not really top 30 material.

That actively harasses threatens and tries to destroy critics and ex-members lives. That literally framed some journalist for trying to plant bombs in their headquarters when she never did. That woman almost went to jail for the rest of her life for a crime she didn't commit. And John Travolta not only actively engages in the organization and promotes it. He actively recruits for it. He actively attacks harass and threatens critics and ex-members. The only question we should be asking about John Travolta is why him and Tom Cruise aren't the higher up on this list.

I really wish he didn't marry Denise Richards and had kids by him and what is worst Soleil Moon Frye had a crush on him and lost her virginity to him at 18 at the time he was involved in the Heidi Fleiss scandal and now he has no teeth because he smoked so much crack and drugs he lost all his teeth now he has dentures he also now has HIV because of unprotected sex and his crew never recovered even though that there were projects he was supposed to star.

I find it really hard to dislike Jared Leto. I get he’s quite up himself and has been rude and taken pranks too far but I have a soft spot for him. He’s incredibly talented, even the best actors can take a role in a direction that audiences and even directors weren’t keen on.

I worked at CBS for 14 years. Our security people, the corporate guys who protect stars and execs, the two people they HATED the most were Ellen DeGeneres, and James Corden. HORROR STORIES from them. They would offer double, even TRIPLE time to work their detail. Many would work with them once and say never again. Ironically, the only time I met Corden, we had a nice nearly 30 minute conversation. I also worked for Roseanne on a talk show pilot that basically morphed into The Chew later on, and you were told to avoid eye contact with her, don't talk to her, I remember she was coming from her office to the soundstage once and I just turned and went a totally different direction. Also ironically her son Jake was a producer on the show and he loved me. Ended up getting promoted to doing the pre-interviews with all the guests, got to meet Phyllis Diller who I still get teary eyed thinking about how wonderful she was. (And destroyed a craft services spread with Danny Bonaduce)
Oh and Gal Gadot was amazing but also it was pre Wonder Woman so maybe she changed.

I didn't know John Travolta was hated! It is news to me. You may dislike his acting but as a person, I was told (by those who worked on set with him), he was actually very personable and humble. This video fails at making the distinction between the actors who were (maybe) hated as an actor and those who were hated as a person.
He's a pretty good actor. Loved him in Pulp Fiction and Saturday Night Fever (both Oscar nominations). Plus a couple of fun villain roles in Broken Arrow and Face/Off. he's just made really bad movie choices recently

In other words, he left her to do everything while he played around on his phone. There’s also rumors that the reason he stopped the show is because he was extremely afraid that he would be exposed just like Ellen was so he had to cut the show short.
