Docker Mailserver is one of the lightweight, free and open source mail servers out there. It doesn't use database. Today I'll show you how to setup Docker Mailserver so that you can send and receive emails. You can also use this for cold email marketing.

Both. But if you need web interface iRedMail is good. Docker is more on command line. You need linux knowledge to mange Docker Mailserver.
