int gear 5 luffy burst is just awful for the game imo, psy was already very questionable when it released but at least you could try to mop the enemy asap to avoid it. Int Luffy will always launch and just wipe your whole team.

Yep, it's too broken
Every season should have a debuff that says: INT-Fighter-Powerhouse Units (so need all 3) lose 1 burst

Try checking if wb&ace burst still good without requirement reduction

I love Str G5 because his burst is so easily charged but INT G5 burst is more busted
