Calm down. Look at you holding the Dispensational Premillennial view as if it is on the same level of the doctrine of Trinity. This view that Israel is separate from the church was invented in the 1830’s by John Nelson Darby and popularized by the Scofield Reference Bible. Please read commentaries from before this time and you will see dozens of theologians never considered that Israel and the church were distinct. Christ only has one bride.

4 yrs ago I had a vision an angel was working towards me and he was calling me Israel and I looked up at him at that moment I did not have a thought God had my full attention. When the Bible speaks of the “Israel of God” in Galatians it is a metaphor for the people of God. Neither a particular ethnicity nor nation, nor the Church per se. Literal Israel from the Bible, as in the descendants of Jacob are an undistinguishable people today. The people who occupy the land that has been called Israel since 1948 have nothing to do with ancient Israel, neither ethnically nor religiously. They are primarily Ashkenazi of European or Slavic ancestry and have roughly 3% Middle Eastern or Sephardic or Semitic blood about the same as any average European. The modern nation of Israel, is primarily a secular socialist state, not a theocracy or even particularly religious.

Lots of debate on the truth of this matter...but honestly, who else has a "missing identity" on the planet?? I ask because, the answer is clear, and there is Scripture that talks about Israel remembering who they are in the land of their oppressors. But beyond that - the math is clear. First African slaves landed in America in 1619. When Moses said that to Israel he was talking to the second generation of Jews which were born during their 40 years of wondering in the wilderness. Most of the first generation which he brought out of Egypt had died out. All the men of fighting age(20-80 years old) died off because of their unbelief in that they refused to go in and take the land when God commanded them to do so the first time around. Only Joshua and Caleb were allowed to enter the Promised Land at 80 years old. Now Moses is talking to those from the first generation who were children at the time of the Exodus, and now they are grown and have had children of their own during their years of wondering. They were not in Africa, they were in the dessert, the Arabian desert. They often complained about Moses bringing them out of Egypt only to die in the wilderness. They often complained and wanted to return to Egypt, which is in Africa. Moses called the nation together and recounted their entire history from the Exodus up until that point so that that second generation would know their history and who God was and the Covenant that he made with them. He spoke in detail about the blessings and the curses attatched to that Covenant. That is the subject of Deuteronomy 28.

He started with two different groups of Israelites and he ends the passage in the same way. There are two different groups of "they" in verse 28. One group of "they" reject Christ and are the enemies of God, and another group of "they" are the election which accept Christ through hearing the Gospel and faith. Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. Calm down. Look at you holding the Dispensational Premillennial view as if it is on the same level of the doctrine of Trinity. This view that Israel is separate from the church was invented in the 1830’s by John Nelson Darby and popularized by the Scofield Reference Bible. Prophecy
The people of Jerusalem will know the one whom they have pierced.
There’s a fundamental assumption in Zechariah’s prophecy, that until then, the people of Israel didn’t recognize the one they pierced; pierced “to” the cross and pierced on the cross.
If that same person is indeed the Messiah, it means that before hand he had a different role, he had to suffer, to be pierced and to die.
But after the people of Jerusalem recognize Him and their mistake, they will repent, mourn and weep bitterly as one weeps over a firstborn.
Did you notice the identity of the one who was pierced in Zechariah’s prophecy:

In Matthew 21 Jesus told a parable of the Kingdom, in which He described the Jewish leaders of the day plotting to usurp the Messiah's throne.
The vine-growers, or farmers, in God's vineyard had been given authority over the vineyard in order to render to the Owner (God) the fruits in their seasons. When the Owner of the vineyard sent servants to collect the fruits, the farmers beat them, stoned them, and sometimes killed them (Matt. 21:35, 36). Finally He sent His Son, thinking they would surely reverence His Son.
But verse 38 says,

It was a deliberate revolt and rebellion to seize His inheritance.
Take note also that the Romans were not the vine-growers. They had not been given custody of the Kingdom of God, nor had they killed the prophets, who were the king's servants in the same parable. The Romans did not crucify Jesus. In fact, Pilate wanted to release Jesus. (Acts 3:13). John 19:15-18 tells us who did the crucifying:

When the Bible speaks of the “Israel of God” in Galatians it is a metaphor for the people of God. Neither a particular ethnicity nor nation, nor the Church per se. Literal Israel from the Bible, as in the descendants of Jacob are an undistinguishable people today. The people who occupy the land that has been called Israel since 1948 have nothing to do with ancient Israel, neither ethnically nor religiously. They are primarily Ashkenazi of European or Slavic ancestry and have roughly 3% Middle Eastern or Sephardic or Semitic blood about the same as any average European. The modern nation of Israel, is primarily a secular socialist state, not a theocracy or even particularly religious.

In Matthew 21 Jesus told a parable of the Kingdom, in which He described the Jewish leaders of the day plotting to usurp the Messiah's throne.
The vine-growers, or farmers, in God's vineyard had been given authority over the vineyard in order to render to the Owner (God) the fruits in their seasons. When the Owner of the vineyard sent servants to collect the fruits, the farmers beat them, stoned them, and sometimes killed them (Matt. 21:35, 36). Finally He sent His Son, thinking they would surely reverence His Son.
But verse 38 says,
🔥38 But when the vine-growers saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and seize his inheritance. 39 And they took him, and threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him.
Absalom knew that his father was the king, and for that reason he usurped the throne. Likewise, so also did the chief priests know that Jesus was the Heir. They killed Him because they knew who He was.
It was a deliberate revolt and rebellion to seize His inheritance.
Take note also that the Romans were not the vine-growers. They had not been given custody of the Kingdom of God, nor had they killed the prophets, who were the king's servants in the same parable. The Romans did not crucify Jesus. In fact, Pilate wanted to release Jesus. (Acts 3:13). John 19:15-18 tells us who did the crucifying:

You don't have to wait until then, but you can have the truth now. Jesus said that the truth makes you free when you finally understand it. When Moses said that to Israel he was talking to the second generation of Jews which were born during their 40 years of wondering in the wilderness. Most of the first generation which he brought out of Egypt had died out. All the men of fighting age(20-80 years old) died off because of their unbelief in that they refused to go in and take the land when God commanded them to do so the first time around. Only Joshua and Caleb were allowed to enter the Promised Land at 80 years old. Now Moses is talking to those from the first generation who were children at the time of the Exodus, and now they are grown and have had children of their own during their years of wondering. They were not in Africa, they were in the dessert, the Arabian desert.
They often complained about Moses bringing them out of Egypt only to die in the wilderness. They often complained and wanted to return to Egypt, which is in Africa. Moses called the nation together and recounted their entire history from the Exodus up until that point so that that second generation would know their history and who God was and the Covenant that he made with them. He spoke in detail about the blessings and the curses attatched to that Covenant. That is the subject of Deuteronomy 28.

The Gentiles were not grafted in until several years later. This passage proves Paul was right about the Gospel being taken "first" to the Jews.
Paul reveals two different groups of Israelites in Romans 9:6-8. There is an Israel of the promise, and an Israel of the flesh. This is part of the context of Romans 11.
Paul speaks about the "remnant" of Israel in Romans 9:27. This is also part of the context of Romans 11.
Paul starts Romans 11 with two different groups of Israelites. In verse one Paul reveals he is still an Israelite, even after his conversion. Then Paul refers to two different groups of Israelites during the time of Elijah. There were the Baal worshippers, and there was the faithful "remnant". In verse five Paul says there is also a faithful "remnant" of Israelites during his time. This must be the Israelites who have accepted Christ, as on the Day of Pentecost.
Paul uses the two olive trees as a symbol of the New Covenant Church made up of believing Israelites, and believing Gentiles grafted together into the same tree. The unbelieving Israelites have been broken off but can be grafted back in through faith in Christ in verses 23-24.
Verse 26 is the problem for many modern Christians. What does the verse actually say, and how is it changed by many in the modern Church.
I have heard two of our nations famous preachers say the following.

What does God's Word, recorded by the Apostle Paul actually say?

The English word "so" is translated from the Greek word "houto", which is an adverb of manner, instead of an adverb of timing. Some have changed the word from "so" to "then", in order to change the meaning of the verse.
How will all of the "remnant" of Israel from Romans 9:27 be saved? The answer is found in the verses that precede verse 26 and are found below.

Paul quoted from the OT in referring to the Deliverer coming out of Sion to pay for sin. Did this happen at Calvary, or will Jesus die again for His people in the future?
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
Verse 28 can only be understood by looking at how Paul started the passage. He started with two different groups of Israelites and he ends the passage in the same way. There are two different groups of "they" in verse 28. One group of "they" reject Christ and are the enemies of God, and another group of "they" are the election which accept Christ through hearing the Gospel and faith.
Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
Based on Luke 21:24b-28, the times of the Gentiles comes to fullness at the Second Coming of Christ. This agrees with what Paul said in Romans 1:16 about the Gospel going “first” to the Jews.
@SpotterVideo Luke 24:47 Repentance and remission of sin should be preached in His name to all nations beginning at Jerusalem. Why were the 12 told not to go into Samaria or unto the Gentiles? Because they had to recieve the Holy Spirit first, then take the Gospel unto the Gentile nations....
@@godsson491 In Romans 1:16 Paul said the Gospel went "first" to the Jews. That time period is found in Matt. 10:5-7, and Acts 10:36-38, and Gal. 1:14-18. In the last passage Paul said he went up to see Peter about 3 years after his conversion. How long was this time period when the Gospel went "first" to the Jews? Christ was born under the Old Covenant, and lived His whole life perfectly under the Old Covenant, and died under the Old Covenant. He took all of the curses for us, and all of the blessings for us. His blood also fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jer. 31:31-34. He has built us a new house out of two pieces of wood and a handful of nails. He painted it with His own blood.

@@godsson491 Many who try to disconnect the Church from Israel ignore Romans 1:16. I am glad you are not one of them. They also ignore how Peter addressed the crowd as "all the house of Israel" on the Day of Pentecost, when about 3,000 Israelites accepted the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. The Gentiles were grafted in several years later. They also ignore James 1:1-3, where James addressed his letter to "the twelve tribes", who were his "brethren" in the "faith". Christ is the King of Israel in John 1:49. He is the Head of the Church, and we are His Body. The two cannot be disconnected. Every born-again believer is covered with the King of Israel's blood.
