Hello po, thank you for visiting my channel, as per your query, you will start taking public bus from mactan airport to the terminal of bus in SM Cebu, there you will walk beside SM and take the buss to colon or ask the driver to drop you off to a bus going Simala then from the terminal in the Town take a bus going Simala. Approximately it's gonna take around 4 hours all. Expenses are below
Bus from mactan to SM - P50
SM to town - P20
Town bus to Simala 200

Hello gud day, yes po u need to rent habal habal Kasi malayo pa sya SA simala shrine... Habal ay NASA Baba at pag lakarin mo sya 46years ang dating mo dunm.. I suggest mag rent kayo Ng habal... Thanks 👍👍👍🙏
