On ignis stun
When he bashes the shield on the enemies face it's supposed to make them unable to move for a few seconds but didn't work in all mobs

On damage cap
Damage cap is how much maximum damage he can take so he can't get one shotted
His max is either 20 or 10 damage i forgot
Explanation:
On %damage
His damage depends on the amount of the enemies maximum health
For example on 20 hp ignis would do 25 but on 1000 hp he'll do 140 hp, 1000000 hp he'll do 5000 hp

Ignis is semi public, but the creator didn't ask for permission from the original creator of Ignis, so... I don't feel like giving it publicly
